One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Taste great! I read the reviews that the cake was too watery so I did not add the water. I had to substitute two of the items. Instead of cocoa powder I used Godiva's hot cocoa mix and instead of Vanilla extract I used Coconut extract. I sprinkled chocolate chips between the layers after the cake came out of the oven. I frosted it with wiped cream and coconut. This came out great and tasted like a german chocolate cake w/o the tooth ache.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

These were great. The assembly was messy but fun! I put a piece of non stick aluminum foil on the grill so it could catch all the grease.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

I love these eggrolls. Like another member mentioned this recipe is like the one from Chili's. Instead of using tortillas i use 2 Lumpia wrappers for each eggroll. This bypasses the toothpicks. After frying these i put them in the microwave for a minute to make sure that the eggrolls are heated throughout. Guacamole is a great dipping sauce for these eggrolls.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is like the one on the back of the flour bag. I used butter instead of shortening. I think i'll stick with the pre made cookie tubes.
