Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

So yummy! The first time I spaced the balsamic vinegar, and it was amazing. The next time I added the vinegar, and it was great! Not sure which version I prefer. Thank you for the recipe!

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce

I followed the recipe exactly and was very very pleased. Next time I think I'd add a little more crushed red pepper - I like spicy! My four year old didn't care for this, but he really liked the sauce over his rice. Thank you!

Foolproof Rib Roast

This is perfect. DO NOT CHANGE A THING WHEN YOU TRY THIS RECIPE! Do consider taping the oven door closed though. It makes it easier to resist the temptation to peek. Absolutely amazing prime rib!

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

This was so simple and super good. I baked the chicken and refrigerated it overnight. The only change I made was to add a little crumbled bacon and some chopped pecans for garnish. So yummy. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chili Bean Cheese Omelet

This was fantastic! I used olive oil in place of veggie oil, jack cheese instead of mozzarella, and left out the celery salt since I had none. My husband and I both loved it! Sooo tasty and filling.

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

I can't believe this tasted so good and was so easy. I used a 4 lb. bison tenderloin, and it was AMAZING. Sooooooo good. Ahhhh.... I have since used this recipe for venison tenderloin, and it is superb!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie IV

I made this pie along with 17 others for Thanksgiving this year. It was gone in under 5 minutes. Everyone was surprised to learn how simple it was to make. Very rich! I should have made 2!
