Boston Baked Beans
Perfect! Everyone at the cookout LOVED these and they're not even accustomed to baked beans. I followed the instructions precisely and only substituted Great Northern beans for Navy and used turkey bacon (I don't do pork). It didn't specify how to encorporate the bacon; but after a little research, I decided to precook the bacon for the bottom layer and leave the top layer uncooked, and cut all into 1-2" pieces. I used a cast iron Dutch oven and they turned out amazing. Thanks!

Emily's Strawberry Balsamic Salad
Modified this for the HCG diet and it's absolutely delicious! Used a couple tblsp water instead of oil, 1/2 tbsp liquid stevia instead of honey and second time making it, I used onion powder instead of shallot. It was terrific both ways and had a little less bite to it with the onion powder (though I do love shallots). I also added about a tsp of thyme and oregano. I put this dressing on everything and have even used it as a marinade. Yum!

Basil Cream Sauce
It's good! Mine turned out a little too chunky, but I might have over-measure the nuts or under-processed. I will process more thoroughly next time, everything kept sticking to the sides of my processor so it was tough to get the right consistency. I've been mixing the leftover sauce with mayo and using it as an aioli spread.
