Diane's Colcannon

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
I looked at other recipes for Colcannon and ended up using this one. I used kielbasa instead of bacon. After it was all together I put it into a greased casserole and baked it for 30 min. YUMMY!

Greek Spaghetti II

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2008
I made this the other night for my sister and her family. My brother in law just LOVED it. I used an Italian cheese blend and I think that made it a little too dry. Next time I'm going to try myzithra (sp?) cheese like my sister does when she makes a variation of this recipe. I also followed others advice and used a Greek blend seasoning and garlic. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2001
I love the Italian Beef sandwiches I have when I travel to the Chicago area. These are much better!!!!!!!!!!! My husband is still raving over them. I added some seeds and juice from the pepperocini. Made it just a little more spicy! Will be making this over and over! Thanks!!!

Kangaroo Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2001
I made this last night and it was a hit with my husband. I cooked it a little longer because I had thick pork chops. Next time I will cut up the potatoes a little smaller because they weren't quite done. Will definitely make this again! Thanks!

I made this for my family for Christmas. It was a hit! I used fiesta ranch dip mix to add some zip. Thanks for sharing this easy recipe. It makes enough to make into 2 balls.(so you can keep one for yourself!)

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2003
I made this for dinner tonight and it was a hit! My husband asked what I was making and he remembered his mom making this when he was a kid. He said she served it over boiled potatoes so that's how we had it. This one's a keeper. Thanks Suzanne for sharing.

Spinach Artichoke Feta Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
This was totally awesome. I did as others suggested and used only part of the dressing mix. (about a teaspoon) The garlic was a little overpowering though. I made this 2 days before I needed it. It held up very well wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator. Thought about doing the nuts as others suggested but it really didn't need it. Thanks for sharing!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
The only thing I changed in this recipe was that I didn't have cider vinegar on hand, so I used balsamic. I will never make corned beef and cabbage any other way from now on! Thanks for sharing Karen!

Very easy to put together. My husband loved it, but thought it needed a little more salt. I will definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Reviewed: May 14, 2008
I made this yesterday without reading reviews so I wouldn't change anything. I used boneless chicken breasts since that's all I had on hand. It turned out wonderful! I served it with steamed rice. It was a bit salty so may try less soy sauce, low sodium soy sauce or add some water. Thanks for sharing!

Zesty Porcupine Meatballs

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
I've made these twice in the past 10 days! I doubled the recipe and made a few changes on the second try. The only changes I made were to double the rice, add 1/3 can of water to the sauce, and put in a handfull of oatmeal. It really did help them hold together better. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

This was just ok. The tomatoes were just too mushy for me.
