Anything from scratch! I love baking pie, making lasagna, developing new pasta salads, trying out new relishes for grilled chicken and pork, and modifying recipes each time I try them.

I once made Beef Wellington - completely from scratch - for my husband's birthday. (But I'll probably never do it again!)
