Liege Belgian Waffles with Pearl Sugar

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
Really close to what I remember having in Belgium. I used smashed sugar cubes instead of pearl sugar.

No-Fuss Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
Delicious and easy. I followed others advice and used a whole egg. I doubled the recipe, used a tsp of vanilla extract and an extra dash of cinnamon. I made this on the stove and it was creamy!

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2011
I have tried it as is,and it's delicious. I've been using this recipe tweaked for my family's tastes. I use 1 1/2 C sugar, 1/2 C oil, 3/4 C applesauce, add 1/2 tsp cloves and 1/4 tsp ground ginger. I bake in muffin pans for 18-20 minutes. Everyone loves them!

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2010
I've used many recipes from this site but this is my first review. This frosting is the best!!! I used it over a cake box mix bundt cake and the frosting make this cake taste homemade. It was not too sweet and super easy to make. I had a bittersweet baking bar, so I used that, and it was perfect. Will definitely always have condensed milk on hand specifically for this recipe.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: May 28, 2009
My family loved this fruit salsa. I have made some changes: I use the fruit that I have on hand. Once I cut up oranges, apples, kiwi, pineapple and watermelon and I used less sugar. My kids love it, they like eating straight out of the bowl with a spoon!
