Chicken Valdostano

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
This was so delicious! We had leftovers two days later and it was still delicious! although i noticed that all the sauce cooked either into the chicken, or i over cooked it, but there wasn't any to pour over at the end, all i had left was saute'd mushroom, but it was still delicious. But im sure the sauce would've been good so i recommend doubling the sauce called for, or make the same amount for less chicken breast. This was fantastic though! Will definitely make it again!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
i rated this 5 for taste, but it was very difficult to dip the cake balls. that was the hardest part for me, but i made them for a family get together last weekend, and they all insisted that i bring them to christmas, so ill see if it will be easier this time. but i used strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting, and dipped somein white chocolate and some in milk chocolate and some in coconut also.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
This is absolutely delicious! The only chili paste i could find was the oriental chili paste in the international isle in the market, and it tasted great actually! I also did what other reviewers did and added goat cheese at the end and i think that really made the dish, it made it really creamy. I'll definitely make this again, even my picky boyfriend who doesnt really like pasta loved it.

Teriyaki Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
This was really good, i used sesame seed oil instead of the vegetable oil and it has a really nice taste, but a little too strong. Next time i will use less sesame seed oil than called for. I also used the excess marinade as extra sauce to pour over the chicken and that was definitely a good idea. I think without the extra sauce the chicken would have been very bland. All i did to the marinade was drain out any pieces of chicken, added a couple tablespoons of cornstarch and heated it until it boiled. Turned out great!
