Vegetarian Sloppy Joes
sorry...I didn't like this at all, but the dog did! We are new vegans and I used TVP and kept adding stuff too (Homade chili sauce from up north, ketchup, ect), but still didn't like it. Thanks for sharing though..

Refried Beans Without the Refry
delicious, easy, and smelled maddening! We spread it on fried corn tortillas and made tostadas, yum yum, double yum! I have alot left over, may make bean & cheese quesadillas, enchilada's, nachos or something...

African Peanut Soup
Wow! this was delicious! My picky husband and 9 year old daughter loved it too. We weren't sure about it at first...peanut soup and all, but it was great and I'm going to make it again. I used Red Rice instead of brown and liked the chewy texture it added. For the peanut butter, I used Earth Balance with flaxseed, so we got some Omega 3's added. We are new vegans and this satisfied us all! Thanks for sharing :o).
