Red Velvet Cake I

I doubled the recipe as one person suggested. It came out to be one buttery,sugary mess. I followed the directions to a T. The cake however was great.

Apple Cider Pancakes

This recipe was awesome. Fall in New England=Apple anything! I took another reviewers suggestion and added the 2 eggs and I also chopped up an apple. I highly reccomend this recipe to anyone who has some cider and apples laying around.
