Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

WELL, My husband and I love roasted pork loin. I tried this simple recipe and cooked and basted for 1 1/2 hr, for a 2.5 pound loin, did NOT change a thing!YUM! Thanks for a great New Years Dinner

Made this twice. First time was exact to the recipe minus curry. ( I do not like it). Second I added more peanut butter, less soy sauce. My vote was the first by far!!!!!!!!

I used white almond bark, and a bag of small pretzels. Drizzled with chocolate almond bark. Very good. Just like the store.

Shepherd's Pie

Well, this was alright,not great. I doubled the mashed potatoes also. I cooked ground turkey with onions and garlic and lots of season.Still i have had better results with (tater-tot-cassarole).sorry

Old Fashioned Giblet Stuffing

I have been making this for years.Started by my great grandmother, we have always boil the giblets first then dice. also only used cornbread and added 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar and black olives (dice) Yum =)

Tommy's Ham Casserole

I used 2 cups macaroni. Also saute the cooked ham,onion,garlic,1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 1/2 cups of milk,canned mushroom(all I had) and mozzerella cheese(all I had)till a boil,then tossed in the macaroni and transfered to dish and baked as followed.
