Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust

Spiced Banana Bread

5 Stars! This is my new banana bread recipe. I made 15 batches last weekend to give away. I am not the biggest clove fan, so will omit it in the future. Also, used brown sugar instead of white as a personal preference. Easy, moist and yummy!

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Easy and best ever! Some PB cakes are too dry or don't have enough PB taste. This one is super moist and perfect flavor. I did follow advice of previous reviews by using milk instead of water and PB instead of oil. I will use this recipe for years to come :)

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This was SOOOOOO Good....Couldn't keep my grill at a consistent 350. So I cooked it about 35-37 minutes before the sauce....Kids loved it too. I'm going to slice it tomorrow and put it out on the table with Hot Mustard, barbecue, and sesame seeds...

Moist Carrot Cake

This is about the best tasting carrot cake I have ever had. I made it for my hubby's birthday, who is a health nut. He actually had 3 pieces (so we could get it out of the house, haha). I used brown sugar instead of white. I noticed that some of the reviews said to cut back on the oil. I cut back to 1 cup, but it still may have been a little much as the cake was mushy in the middle. So I cooked it about 50 minutes, almost too long. Next time I will use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce. Great recipe with a few minor changes.

Mississippi Mud Pie I

This recipe is truly the "original" Mississippi mud recipe. My friends from the South always made an extra for our family. We love it and it's easy to make.
