Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
Family liked it but it was a little too much mixture on the fillets for my liking...next time I would reduce the amount a bit. I think I'd also reduce the amount of butter by 1-2 tablespooons

Awesome Steak Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
Love it....have made this several times with the same results. All that have enjoyed it, ask for the recipe. Another very easy marinade to prepare. Only change is I only use 1/2 cup of A1. Just can't say enough....it's tasty. Thanks!

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
5 star chicken marinade recipe...very easy to prep. Family loved it. Used it on boneless chicken breat marinaded overnight. MOIST is the word to describe this chicken. Only item I didn't use was the lime as I didn't have any. Didn't appear to make a difference. Thanks for the recipe.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
COMFORT FOOD....for sure. Doubled the recipe and took it to a family gathering. Even family members that aren't au gratin potato fans, liked it. Made a couple alterations. Sauteed the onions and a little minced garlic in some butter prior to adding to potatoes. Also, added some garlic and onion powder to the layers of potatoes. Also, added a little cayenne pepper to give it a small kick. I added quite a bit of black pepper and some fresh parsley. Very good recipes...thanks. Perfect compliment to baked beans and steak. 5 star

Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Very good recipe...simple..family all liked it. Dipped it in pizza sauce. I used Pillsbury Pizza dough to make it quick. I also added some ham, sliced mozz. instead of shredded, some round black pepper and italian spices plus diced some fresh tomato. When serving, placed a paper towel under it to soak up some of the oil/greases. Thanks for sharing

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
Awesome...This was a restaurant quality meal, no question about it. My wife loved it. Thanks for sharing. Only change for me was adding about 1/2 - 3/4 can of chicken broth and another tbsp of butter...I paired this linguine noddles and Garlic Cheese Biscuits from this site....all this top off with a beer.
