Salisbury Steak

4 1/2 stars--followed recipe as is. Next time try the variations with cream of mushroom soup. Make sure to drain beef patties from grease. Jett complained most---on a doesn't like meatloaf kick. Ella liked.

This recipe was great and VERY easy! The only thing that I would change (per a couple people in my family) is the amount of salt. They thought it needed just a bit less but other than that...perfect!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was so good and so easy! I had a leftover honey baked ham that I cut up for this and it was perfect! I did follow other suggestions and halved the salt and pepper which I'm glad I did! Everyone in the family loved it.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

I made this at a family dinner and asked my guests to rate it. I got fives from everyone except my husband who is not a garlic and onion fan! That's a great recipe than gets rave reviews from almost everyone!

Caramel Popcorn

This popcorn was really good. It tasted like a Cracker Jack version and I think I may add peanuts next time to make it exactly like Cracker Jack. I followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely keep this one!

Real Italian Calzones

This was a great recipe! I used a provologne/mozzarella/cheddar mix because I wanted it more pizza like and it was really good. I also added olives and sun dried tomatoes. A keeper for our family!

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes

These are very good. They really do taste like a cinnamon roll. At first it threw me off because I had expectations of a cinnamon pancake but once I accepted that they were more like a cinnamon roll, I loved them.
