Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

good, but to much sour cream. I used 3 cups of cheese and i also added taco seasoning to the sour cream. I also fry my tortillas first in a little olive oil. I fried some onions and garlic and added as well.

my daughter really liked the recipe. She thought it was good. I thought it tasted o.k. we also left out some ingredients. DO NOT FORGET GRAVY.

Taco Seasoning I

This recipe is really good. we will use this alot. Just add more chile. (authentic ground chili because regular chili will not give the same taste)

Bangan ka Bhurta (Indian Eggplant)
