German Potato Pancakes
I really liked this recipe. Yes there was some oxidation on the potatoes. Didn't change the taste at all. I added some spices to taste. This is the type of potato pancake I was looking for, instead of so many that are just batter. Good job.

Baked Cream Corn
I liked the flavor of this recipe a lot. I used one can of creamed corn and one can of regular corn as well as adding some diced jalapenos to go along with a mexican dish I was making. Even with substituting one can of regular corn, I found the consistency to be a little loose in my opinion. I think next time I would add some extra flour and increase the cooking time a bit. This recipe is a keeper though. Good idea.

Sweet Potato Casserole IV
This is much like a typical sweet potato casserole that I would make. Yes it is very sweet, but you come to expect that from a dish such as this. I did make this dish sugar free by using Splenda and Spenda brown sugar as well as heavy cream for the dairy. This is a recipe I will be saving.
