Scott's Coast-to-Coast Famous Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
This exact recipe, ,excluding the garlic powder, has been around for a long time. I have been making this recipe for about 18 years. They are my favorite.

Zucchini Herb Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
I made these at home and then took leftovers to work the next day. My coworker loved them. I thought they were a 3 1/2 to a 4 but not a five star recipe. They do need more seasoning but that is all so individual that no one can tell your taste buds exactly what they need to be. You will have to experiment and find out for yourself but it is a good recipe.

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
Do not miss trying these! I made these for the first time about a year and a half ago and these were the best ever. They remind me of my most favorite potato skins I had many years ago in California. They are a little work but well worth it if you love potato skins. The only other thing I added to ingredients was green onion which I love on these. Delicious!!!

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
EXCELLENT! This is my most favorite soup...to eat and make. The only changes I made were to add 3 cloves of garlic instead of one, 6 cups of beef broth instead of two cans, two cans of great northern beans instead, I leave out the spinach, and I add 3/4 cup of orzo. I don't add any salt at all because this recipe does not need it. All my company I have served it to loves it and it is the favorite soup in this house for my husband and me.

Garlic Feta Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
I made this for New Year's Eve and many guests wanted the recipe. Don't change a thing about it. If you love garlic, you will love this dip. I served it with pita chips and pita bread wedges.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
Love it. It may not be quite as good as my favorite restaurant Egg Drop Soup but it is the best I have found on any recipe website and I have looked for a long time. I prepared this with one of the chinese shrimp dishes from this site and my company loved both dishes.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
All I have to say is....WOW! The best you will ever make. I have zucchini in my garden and have now found the perfect recipe to use it on. I freeze loaves of it at a time and always share the wealth of this recipe and give loaves to neighbors and friends who always ask fcr the recipe now. I will continue to plant my zucchini for this recipe alone!!!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
I have made this several times now and always get positive comments. This taste as good as what they serve in restaurants. It has the perfect "bite", which is subtle, and the sweetness added to it is wonderful. I will continue to prepare this for guest who think I spent a lot of time preparing this dish. I would not change a thing about the ingredients.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
I made this for eight friends and received a few compliments. It was very good but not something I thought would be a staple for company or the "go to" chicken dish. I agree that the bacon needs to be precooked a little but this is dependent upon your taste. Some bacon wrapped dishes are not supposed to have crispy bacon but I felt this one would have been better for my taste if the bacon was crispier but this dish does have the comfort food taste we all enjoy....rich and yummy.

Cowboy Bake Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2007
Don't know why more people haven't tried and rated these beans. I looooove them. I actually made them about three years ago and now are the only beans I make for barbeque, picnics and get togethers. I sometimes add another can of the butter beans because I simply love their tender sweet taste. (You may want to stay away from the men about an hour or so after eating them...hee, hee.)
