VERY GOOD!! I ADDED 1/2 TSP OF NUTMEG AND 6OZ OF BACARDI PUERTO RICAN RUM AND A PINCH OF KOSHER SALT.

THE BEST CHEESECAKE EVER!!MY FIRST TIME TO EVER MAKE AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT! ONLY LET IT COOL IN OVEN FOR 3 HOURS.

THE BEST YES!! I USES PORK SHOULDER ROAST, I CAME HOME FOR LUNCH PUT IT ON,I ADDED MY OWN RIB RUB FOR A LIL SPICE AND BY 7PM IT WAS ALL GONE!
