I've had the good fortune to be a stay-at-home-mom for the past 25 years. I have 9 children ranging from age 26 being my oldest to age 4 being my youngest. I married my best friend and soul mate and we look forward to growing old together. Life is always an adventure around here but I wouldn't trade for anything.

I LOVE baking just about anything but with all my kids the favorite thing here are COOKIES!!!

I grew up on tomato salada and I continue to make that for all my friends and family and everyone loves it!

Bar-B-Que Sauce
Perfect bbq sauce! It was easy to prepare and tasted sweet & spicy just the way we like it! It's easy to adjust to your own preference by adding more pepper flakes for spicy or more brown sugar for sweet. I didn't have mustard powder on hand so I just used a couple squirts of mustard from the bottle and it tasted great! Thanks for this great recipe!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I've tried a few different cheesecake recipes and I like this one the best! It was easy to assemble & it baked perfectly! The cake was rich & creamy and so delicious! I baked it in a water bath pan for 1 hour, then turned off the oven & left it in the oven for another 3 hours. Took it out and refrigerated it overnight. A very impressive, beautiful cheesecake that doesn't taste dry! This is the only recipe I will ever use... everyone raves about my cheesecake! *Note: I added 1/4 cup of sugar to my graham cracker crust and a little extra melted butter. Crust came out perfect!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
I've made this a few times and everyone LOVES it! I followed the recipe as is the first couple of times and it was fabulous, then decided to double it and add sharp shredded cheddar cheese to it. We liked it even more with the sharp cheddar in it. Definitely double this recipe if you plan on bringing it to a party... it's always the first thing to get gobbled up and everybody wants the recipe! I bake it in the oven cause I the melted crusty top, then in order to keep it hot I just put it in my crockpot and keep it warm. This is a keeper!!!! thanks for such a great, easy delicious recipe!
