Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
I mixed the drained peach syrup and 1 stick of melted butter into the dry cake mix (I used butter recipe yellow mix) and poured over the peaches, sprinkled with cinnamon and baked for about 30 minutes. This makes a very quick good desert with little work. I find it to be a cross between cake and cobbler, not quite one or the other. Kids loved it - I found it a bit sweet, but will use light syrup peaches next time.

Brown Rice and Chicken Casserole
Giving 5 stars with the following changes: used 2 cans broccoli cheese soup, approx 3 cups broccoli, 1 cup milk, lemon seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, 1 1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, used more garlic because we prefer more - omitted water, green beans, basil and dill. I cooked the rice in 3 cups of chicken broth about 40 min, til liquid absorbed. Sprinkled lemon pepper on boneless chicken and baked covered until tender. Steamed fresh broccoli. Mixed all together well and baked for about hour. Even my picky 7 year old daughter ate!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
I love the addition of the bacon! I did however also add 1 TB minced onion and 2 TBS sweet pickle relish. This seemed to make it more flavorful and less dry. While the taste of the cheese is very subtle, I believe it adds to it. Personally, I would have liked to add some horseradish sauce to give it a little heat, but my children wouldn't have liked! This is a great way to use up all those easter eggs!
