Polish Style Lasagna
I must have done something wrong with this recipe because it was very dry and bland. Out of five family members, only one said that she liked it. I followed the recipe as written, except I added the milk to the potatoes like some of the others suggested and it was still very dry. Maybe adding extra onions and butter to the layers might help, but the reception was not good at my dinner table, so I will not retry this one.

Pork Marsala
I made this recipe the other night and even my picky grandchildren loved it! I used fresh garlic only. I seasoned the pork with salt and fresh grounded pepper before I fried it. That was the only change I made to the recipe. YUM YUM! Will make again and again!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
This IS a great fast, light dinner! I made this last night, and my family including the small children loved it! I think next time I will add some chicken to make it different. I did use fresh garden tomatoes instead of canned.
