Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2012
In one word - DELICIOUS!!! I followed the recipe as close as I could (I only had 3 chicken breasts). I sprinkled more breadcrumbs and cheese on top when they were in the pan. 30 minutes later, they were perfect and juicy. Very easy to follow and even delicious the next day. I'm going to share this recipe with everyone I know!!!!! Thank you Carol!!

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
These lovely pinwheels were a huge hit at my party! Everyone kept asking me what they were, and how to make them. This is a no-fail, simple recipe that takes no time at all. I can't wait to try to tailor the recipe to include my favorite vegetables and meats. Thank you Maddie's Mom!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
Excellent! I cut the recipe in half for the two of us, and wished I hadn't! I have made several spinach artichoke dips from this site and this one was the tastiest. I may have over cooked it, because it was a bit dry (not creamy) but definitely worth the 5 stars. Thank you!

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
I must admit I was leary about using frozen fish but that was the only choice I had. The tuna taste surpased my expectations. The recipe is easy to follow and makes for a truly spectacular feast. Chopping the salsa is a bit time consuming, so next time I may use a food processor. Other than that, fantastic recipe. Thank you so much for submitting it!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
Oh yes, definitely a keeper! I followed the recipe almost exactly and loved it. While I was putting away the spices, I saw Cayenne pepper and threw in a dash for even more spice. Yummy. The recipe is easy to follow and if you decide, easy to customize. Thank you so much for submitting!

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
I did not change a thing, and we all loved the pancakes. They are so tasty you do not need any of the usual butter and syrup that tops plain pancakes. Thank you for submitting.

Empanadas

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
Excellent! I am excited to try other fillings. The few cookies that remained because of too-full bellies, were eaten before breakfast the next day. UPDATE: I have made these several times now using different ingredients: peanut butter and jelly, snickers, fruit - they are all wonderful. Thank you for submitting this recipe

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: May 9, 2007
I have never cooked fish before, too nervous to under or overcook. This dish came out so delicious I was upset I hadn't bought more tilapia! Two minutes flip, two minutes flip, top with sauce and broil two more minutes - what could be easier? I will cook this for everyone I know!
