White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

This is the best tasting cheesecake I have ever made! I did not make the brandy sauce, but instead topped it with chocolate covered strawberries (for Valentine's Day). Everyone loved it, especially my husband.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I made this exactly as the recipe called, only adding a ketchup and worchester sauce glaze. In my 6yo daughter's words "Mom, this was the best supper ever", we all loved this meatloaf. Next time I will cut back on the onion soup a little, otherwise is was great! I'm keeping this recipe and making again!

Everyone loved the flavor, but I did add some garlic powder. I added milk per other reviews and it was still very very dry, maybe double the sour cream next time.

Boston Cream Pie I

I use a box yellow cake mix as suggested, triple the filling, and double the icing for a 9x13 sheet cake. I did not have any problems making the filling and icing. I love this cake so much I make it for my own birthday!

Two Tier Strawberry Pie

I used a shortbread crust and doubled the glaze, I could have tripled it even! I did use strawberry jello instead of grenadine and it tasted just fine. This pie is so yummy, light and fluffy and not too rich.

White Velvet Cake II

Yummy! This cake melts in your mouth, it is light and fluffy, but still dense and moist. I got a can of whipped buttercream to try and it was good. I am making this for my Wedding on Saturday and will use homemade buttercream. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!!!

Raspberry Oat Bars

These needed more flour and oats, they were too wet. I made them for our camping trip and everyone loved them! They even made it a point to come over and tell me so. Really good breakfast bars.

Deliscious!!! I just found this receipe - these cookies were so easy and super yummy. They are the soft cookie I was hoping for. I did add a little cinnamon to the cookie batter. This receipe is a keeper!

Mexican Style Cornbread

This did not turn out at all like "cornbread". First I had to use a larger pan than called for and bake twice as long. It was very moist, like a corn-cassarole. Tasted ok, probably will not make this again. Oh, and it did not look like the picture at all.
