Wiener Winks
OMG! Thank you for a great recipe! I usually keep my franks frozen. I took 2 and placed them in the microwave for 1 minute. The franks came out of the microwave thawed, semi cooked and juicy. I buttered and cheesed my 2 whole wheat bread slices as per instructions. I put the toothpicks through the crusts of the breads so they don’t get away. I placed both winks in my toaster oven at 350, as instructed, for 6 minutes in one side, then I used my tongs to turn then over and cooked them for 6 minutes on the other side. The “butter messy” part I did not want to solve (it’s the “fun” part). When done, OMG!... soft in the inside, crunchy on the outside. My 15 y.o. son said it’s a keeper.

Rated G Mexican Coffee
OhmyGod!!! what a wonderful recipe. The 2nd time I customized it to our taste buds for a more robust taste: increased sugar to 1/2 cup, increased cloves to 2, increased coffee beans to 3/4 cup... to die for. The 3rd time I ran out of whipped cream to I whipped 8 oz of heavy cream and mixed it with 4 teaspoons of sifted confectioner's sugar. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!!!

White Gelatin
Loved it. I am making it for Christmas. I don't really LOVE cream cheese (too rich) so I used 75% ricotta cheese and 25% cream cheese. I also cut the sugar in half. It came out real nice, a little lighter than when I used cream cheese only, so it will be perfect for after a full Christmas meal. I will serve it desert glasses, sprinkle a bit of green sugar and place a red maraschino cherry on top! the colors of the holiday. This gelatin is versatile in the presentation because it's white. You can add colored sprinkles for a kid's party, blueberries and strawberries for the 4th of July... you get the idea.
