Stuffed Peppers My Way
I just made this, I changed it a little bit. I did like other reviewers said I roasted the peppers at 350 for about 25 min. I added a can of rotel instead of tomato, I drained a little of the juice, it was perfect with the added vegetables I added to the onion. I put fresh mushrooms and spinach in it too, it came out great will make again.

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika
Really good, took others suggestions, cooked mushroom and garlic with the onions, put 1 tbls. paprika & 1 tbls. emerill, and some cayenne, used the wonderful sauce on buttered noodles, went over well in my house!!
