About this Cook
I am a retired Culinary Arts Teacher. I am a very happy grandmother to a beautiful boy(Aiden). I can't wait until I can teach him how to cook. He is only 2 1/2 yrs old. Have some time to go.............
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking period. I have fun changing recipes and creating new and different things. I love cooking anything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I really do not have any right now. That will be coming in the future while my Aiden grows up.
My cooking triumphs
I cook an awesome Thanksgiving meal. Family loves to come to my house for it.
My cooking tragedies
My first job was working for a school food service program. I was the baker and had to make Cowboy bread for 400 and I forgot to put the baking powder in. I guess you know what happened:>( Thank goodness I did not get fired.

Banana Nut Bread III
Recipe was awesome. I only added more banana. I added 1 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup. Tasty and sweet. Thanks so much!!!! Added a pic of my bread....

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
Loved the mustard taste. I followed recipe exactly but added double macaroni. Turned out great. Next time I make it I will add 1 more cup of cheddar cheese. I love that cheddar taste. Thanks for the recipe.

Ham and Bean Soup II
I made this soup and it turned out great. Followed the recipe exactly and added a few ingredients of my own. I put in crushed fresh garlic with the vegetables and added two bay leaves. I run a small kitchen and it was the soup of the day. People loved it. Will become a regular item on my menu. Thanks!!!!!!!
