Baked Potato Casserole

what a great recipe!!! i used velveeta cheese and sharp cheddar...threw in a few extra green oninons...didn't cook potatoes all the way thinking that baking for 1 hour would continue baking...i was wrong, they were not as soft as i would have liked. next time i will cook all the way before baking.

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

I followed exactly as written...no need to change anything....this is my idea of a perfect meatloaf...flavorable yet simple....hubby knows i always try recipes from this sight....during dinner he said "give it 10 stars"....he got confused--lol

It was comical making this recipe....who doesn't have the few ingredients on hand at all times??? I was so amazed how good these were...noo more can sloppy joes in my house!!!! I made the recipe as written

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

i made this recipe exactly as written...WOW!!! I'm one of those that only like cookies right out of the oven....Not this time...i ate them for 3 days and they never got hard like others...the vanilla pudding is the trick

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Great recipe and soo easy...i followed everything except i marinated my bells and onions along with the meat. I used tri-tip the first time and rib eye roast the second...both turned out good...going to try chicken.....family raved over this recipe.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

visited a local Italian restaurant and ordered a dish similiar to this...after searching this site i found this recipe and made it with italian sausage instead of the ham like the restaurant served...It's amazing...followed recipe as written except i didn't add the red pepper as my husband doesn't care for spicy dishes.....fun recipe to experiment with...might try jumbo shrimp next time!!!
