Mediterranean Kale

Used Braggs instead of soy. Make sure you chop that garlic up small. Left out additional salt as soy/braggs has plenty for me.

Honey, Mustard, and Yogurt Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
Exactly what I was looking for. Used non-fat Greek yogurt (to get that thick consistency ) Dijon and agave nectar. Amazingly flavorful, and fat free! (Didn't put any celery seed in it) finally a good vinegrette alternative! (Used on leftover BBQ chicken in a salad)

Very Good, I just added some spices, had to make my own cream of chicken, plain chips and didn't have jalapenos, but all in all it was VERY YUMMY

Fruit Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
I modified this recipe pretty heavily, but am still giving it 5 stars for giving me the foundation of a good oatmeal bar that I needed. (added nuts and fruits, no preserves, vanilla and applesauce)

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Easy and Tasty. Everything I could want in a side dish. Used dried basil and it was fine. The cheese will make the difference in this dish.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Tasty. The Balsamic vinegar really mellows. Drop the flour. there's really no need for it except for a sauce thickener and I think I'll add cornstarch as suggested. I thought the flour gave the chicken a texture that didn't bring anything to the dish. A good recipe, I'd definitely recommend it as well as make it again. Served with asparagus.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
It was ok. Definitely easy to make. You can't really go wrong with chicken cooked in hot sauce. I used Louisiana hot sauce, our fav, and it must have over powered the ranch mix because there wasn't any hint of it at all.

Followed exact, except i accidentally threw the brown sugar in the muffin, so I had to get out more for the topping. A very delicious muffin.

This is a very light and fluffy cookie. Good, but I prefer the sweet moist kind. The Glaze with a bit of cinnamon is very good. 4 stars

I tried making this multiple different ways as suggested by other members before posting and basically didn't think any of them were necessary. the recipe as written makes wonderful bread. This has become my "basic use all the time for fresh bread" recipe and I use it at least once a week. Thnx!
