Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
good flavor. cream cheese was a little over powering for the simple fish. next time i'll add half cream chhese and half cream with slightly less lemon. made with plain jasmine rice to absorb some of the sauce- it's flavor was very strong.

I couldn't get a handle on these and they turned into fried burrito-chiladas.

Bacon Cheeseburger Upside Down Pizza

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
My 7 yr old: "It was new. I liked it. My favorite thing about it was chewy and i liked the way the onions were made. I (mommy speaking) have been looking for different casserole reciepes to help stretch the food budget a bit. We get tired of chicken pot pie and cottage pie- and this was wonderfully different. I added a cup each of green and red bell peppers and an extra cup of cheese. I also added a can of sweet corn to the meat mixture to help it strech some more. It was really good! I was very doubtful about the runny "crust" that I poured over the top but it was chewy when it cooked and not crispy. The texture with the rest of the dish was awesome. We will totally make this again!

Pecan Pie IV

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2007
I had never made a pecan pie before- and since we just bought a house with a great tree, i decided to try. In the last 2 weeks I have made this pie reciepe 5 times. My husband LOVES it. I think you have to have a Y chromosome to LOVE pecan pie. It comes out perfect every time, and it doesn't taste as sweet as some of the store bought ones, so I actually enjoy eating this one! THANKS!
