Tangy Chicken Breasts

Delicious! I used olive oil for a healthier option, but it still tasted wonderful. Perfect amount of kick. We grilled the chicken, and I used leftovers for a sandwich the following day. It was lovely.

Biscuit-Topped Chicken Pot Pie

This was delicious and easy. It could use more salt though, and I'm one who rarely salts food when eating. So quick to make, too. Be sure to line bottom of oven with tin foil b/c this dish overspills.

Chili Potato Burritos

This recipe was exactly what I was looking for! I had a little bit of chicken, but not enough for burritos. I also had potatoes to use, so I tried to find something that could work as a filler with the chicken. This did the job perfectly and it tasted wonderful! The spices added a nice flavor to the potatoes. I added few things I like such as fresh cilantro. Just be sure that the potatoes are cooked all the way. Mine were firm and I thought they would soften as they baked. Not so. Some of them ended up tasting uncooked. This is a great way to add a filler or to use up potatoes, or just have a nice vegetarian burrito!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

DELICIOUS! This was so yummy and very easy to make! I used a green salsa as well b/c it seemed like it would taste the best with the cream cheese. I thought the cream cheese mixture would taste weird, but it was lovely. I will add this to my rotation. Bravo!

Sassy Sausage and Black Bean Soup

This is so delicious, even after being full, I wanted more! Some of the other reviews said the soup was to watery, so to be safe, I used 8 oz. of the beef broth rather than 10.5. That's the only change I made and it was fantastic. (It would be fine with the 10.5 oz, too, in my opinion.) The sausage added such flavor to the soup. This is certainly a crowd pleaser, and I'm glad I found another way to use sausage. Yummy!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

The dish was delicious, but I heated mine b/c it didn't suit my family's taste buds served cold. I microwaved it for a minute and 30 seconds. It was yummy and only took seconds to make!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Loved the dish. My husband doesn't like shrimp, but he ate it up. I used frozen shrimp, added green onions, and peppers. It turned out wonderful. One could add more white wine if more sauce is desired. I will make it again.

So easy to make yet still makes a great impression at the dinner table! Chicken was incredibly moist! This is also a great recipe b/c everything is usually already in your kitchen as far as the ingredients go.

Greek Style Potatoes

This was great, but I may have used too much olive oil. The potatoes were swimming around. I also stuck mine under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the potatoes a little. This is a great recipe. Thanks!

Basic Chicken Salad

This was amazing! We ate it up immediately and are still craving more. My new favorite recipe! I added a little bit to it as well--just a pinch of garlic pepper and a little bit of green onion. I also boiled the chicken in rosemary, onion, and basil. It came out tasting very rich!

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies I

I read the recipe wrong and used rolled oats instead (I'm a beginner!) quick cooking oats but they still turned out nicely. Very yummy and rich--easy to make too!

Greek Pork Cutlets

I chose this recipe because I wanted a new idea for pork. It turned out well. My husband loves pork and this dish impressed him. The sauce is good, too. Overall, this item was very easy to make and it took hardly any time to cook. This is a great item when you're too tired to cook or out of ideas. My pork came out a little dry--but I might have done something wrong along the way.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

This was our first time trying turkey burgers so we were a little nervous! However, no fear--they were great and we enjoyed them very much. It was funny at first to decide on how to top them. I added mayo to mine on the bun, but my husband used salsa. Overall, this was a nice, tasty, and quick meal. We will def. make this again.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Mine came out a little dry even though I followed the recipe. I even added a little milk as one user suggested. I highly recommend them--especially with whipped cream on the side. It adds moisture and makes the cookie even better! This is a recipe I'll make again!
