Stuffed Eggplant Parmesan

Reviewed: May 12, 2008
I added and additonal 2 garlic gloves season with garlic powder, onion powder little cooking wine for more flavor. I used seasoned bread crumbs but I think the sauce takes most of the good flavor away. Next time I'll take it easy on the sauce.

I followed the recipe, i used ground chicken instead, but I felt it needed more seasoning. Next time I think I'll cook the meat first so I can check the seansoning before serving. Overall good recipe.

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
I did not roll the chicken first I put it in the pan to brown. When I relized what I did I went into modify mode. After chicken browned I made a small slit in the side and put in the stuffing and secured with toothpicks. Added some cinnomin Put chicken back in pan added some cooking wine maybe about 3/4 cup and let chicken simmer for about 20 min, added a little more wine and cornstarch to thicken gravy. Everyone raved!!!
