Baked Fish Dinner For Two

I used haddock and seasoned it with a little old bay seasoning instead of salt and pepper. We were pleasantly surprised at how good this was. This is a meal I'll make often.

Chicken With Mushrooms

I substituted butter for the shortning, and added 1/8 tsp of nutmeg to the topping. This was a really nice, old fashioned style dessert that my family really appreciated. It does make a really good coffee cake too!
