Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2014
It was wonderful and so easy to make. I made my own salsa as hubby is allergic to garlic (and garlic is listed in EVERY salsa out there). I use a whole bunch of cilantro and lime in my salsa, so didn't need to add any more in the crockpot. I also didn't use the taco seasoning- just chicken and salsa. It was delicious, will make this again. Perfect for when company comes over too, everyone can make their own taco or tostada.

Oranged Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2010
This is awesome!! I am not a fan of cranberry sauce. I only made it for a party and much to my surprise, I kept on coming back for more! I am gonna make this again for a Christmas party in a few weeks. So good and it makes alot. Two things: after reading reviews, I used only 2 sticks of cinnamon. It was perfect. The other thing was that the fresh cranberries were in an 8oz bag, but I followed the same amount of ingredients and it came out perfect. No need for extra sugar.

Chicken Broccoli Ca - Unieng's Style

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2014
I have cooked this several times already now. I cook the chicken first, but when it is halfway cooked, I add gussies (baby corn). Let it cook for a while and before it is fully cooked, I add the sauce and I double it so we have more to go over rice, letting it cook for a few minutes. And since it takes a while to get thick, I add the water and cornstarch first before throwing in the vegetables. Then I let the vegetables steam on top for a few minutes and then mix everything, letting it cook for a few minutes more. Two things: I used baby broccoli (broccolini) as it is easier to cook with the bok choy and this dish is best cooked with a lid so that the sauce doesn't evaporate and the vegetables can steam properly. It's a GREAT dish, my kids love this and they don't usually like chinese food.

Tiramisu II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2014
I was scared to make this, but had to as my daughter told me at the 11th hour she needed to bring this dish to school for class. ARGH! It turned out beautifully and was sorry she came home with the pan empty. She said many really liked it. So I will make this again for the family to enjoy.

Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2013
It was good, not the best, but good. We were happy with the results after I added ginger-in-a-tube, about 3 teaspoons or so and it gave it more favor. I will add more next time and we also used Chili Sauce to spice it up. I had also used chunky peanut butter as thats what the family loves and it was perfect for dipping in chicken. The con is that I would not use lime next time. I felt it was not needed and it made it a bit bitter.
