Pizza Bake with Sausage and Pepperoni

My husband and I both really enjoyed this dish. I used shell pasta since I didn't have elbow and roasted red peppers from a jar instead of the yellow bell pepper. It turned out wonderful and was easy to make.

Italian Sausage Lasagna

Excellent! I thought this was easy to make, though it did take some time, but it turned out wonderful. Will be making this again for sure, it was a perfect balance between spicy (used hot italian sausage) and sweet. I didn't have any crushed tomoatoes so I used a little more tomoato sauce. My husband thought I slaved in the kitchen all day it was so good. Thanks for a great recipe!

Easy Mexican Casserole

This was easy to make but the taste was boring. My husband said it was unintresting. This is the kind of meal you make when you don't have a lot of time and don't really care if what you're eating has a lot of flavor.

Green Chili and Cheese Chicken

Really easy but kind of bland. I used fresh chilis, but I guess they were not hot enough for my taste. I didn't cook the cheese and chili inside just layered it on top of the chicken and it turned out fine.

Poor Man's Caviar

This was a good mix of vegatables to serve as a different kind of side dish. I didn't have black beans so I used red beans and my husband said he really like it.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Excellent recipe! Real easy and the dressing was just sweet enough to go with the strawberries and still make a good side salad with any meal. I'll be making this often!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Follwed other's advice and used taco seasoning in the meat. I did not have green pepper so used a can of green chilis. Buttered both sides and turned them over half way through cooking time. The flavor was good and the tortilla crispy. Too large for one person. Next time I will use smaller tortillas rather than burrito size.

Stuffed Jalapenos III

Easy to make. Not enough flavor even though I did add green onions to the cream cheese. Did take advice of cooking on slotted pan to minimize greese. Next time will add chedder to sour cream.
