yummy! i substituted the tomato juice for chicken stock (as i didn't have tomato juice), and it still came out nicely (but i think the tom. juice would have been better!). also, i added carrots into it also, which went really well with the beef, green peppers and cheese. it made for a great main course. or to make it vegetarian, omit the beef and double the veg. serve it with a side salad. perfect!

Sausage French Bread Pizza

delicious! i make this once a week now. you can get creative and add all kinds of toppings...i did a 'spicy french bread pizza' using spicy sausage, jalepenos and grilled peppers. its so easy and versatile!

Hamburger Cheese Bake

I made this for my roommates. i really enjoyed it, but one of the girls said that it just reminded her of a baked 'hamburger helper.' I guess it kind of does. In that case, I guess its good for kids! (and me!)
