Best Tuna Casserole
This was well enjoyed by the tuna eaters. Made serving for 9 with 16oz bag pasta and 12x15 pan. Will put top cheese on at the end of baking next time -- too brown.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
I took this to my sister's birthday potluck and came home with an empty clean pan. All over the leftovers were taken home by the guests. After reading the reviews, I was worried about it overfilling my 9x13 pan, so I decided to double the crust (1 bag) and keep the cream cheese and jello the same. I ground pretzel rods in the Cuisinart, next time I will try gravel-sized crumbs. I mixed half the sugar with the pretzels, and sprinkled the rest on top. I used a 10X15? pan that fit well. I added 1 tsp vanilla to the CC mix. For the jello, I drained the strawberry juice and then added enough water to make 2C; I sliced the strawberries and added pineapple tidbits because the amount of fruit looked wimpy.

Baked Haddock
Used 6 thawed haddock filets (1/3 Costco bag), whipping cream, and fresh parmesan over top, before it went in the oven. Only took 8-9 minutes. Served with Kraft Mac&Cheese and ceasar salad. This was really good for the adults, the anti-fish kids split a piece. Like fish sticks! SO EASY and took no time. Next time, will use Panko and baking rack on baking sheet.
