Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
This recipe is delicious. This was the first time I'd ever cooked with orzo and it turned out great! The only thing I changed was I added two garlic cloves (chopped) and the whole kitchen smelled great!

Apple Crisp IV

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
I accidentally made this with 1 1/2 sticks of butter initially, but read a couple reviews and it seemed to be a common mistake. Once I realized I didn't add enough butter, I grabbed a stick, chopped it, and threw it back on the top of the dish. I put it in the oven for an additional 5 minutes and it was still delicious! I will surely make this many times!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
This was one of the best meals I have ever made. It's easy (I even made my own sauce) and it tastes great the next day. I should also add that I omitted the beef and it was still delicious! We ate it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!! It's all gone now and I'm thinking when I can eat it again.

Chicken Tikka Masala

This was absolutely fabulous-I've NEVER heard of this dish before but I went out on a limb and decided to make it. I was very involved and took hours, but it was well worth the effort. This will definitely be made again soon!!

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
I thought this recipe was delicious, however, my fiancee didn't think it was the best. I used low fat cheese and it didn't melt properly, but it was still wonderful!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
I added chopped celery and carrots, and garlic powder. I also added one more chicken breast and used chicken broth. It was a little gummy, but I think I needed to cook it longer next time. All in all it was a very good recipe. I'll make this again definitely.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Very good, although the spice mix seemed very salty. Next time, I'll reduce the salt. I use this recipe for all my chicken based recipes that require cooked chicken.

Chilled Christmas Punch

I made this last year for Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it and it will definitely become a holiday tradition in our family. The punch bowl was completely empty at the end of the night! The cinnamon makes it extra special.

I omitted the spinach and added celery and although the veggies are undercooked, this is one of the best soups I've ever eaten! So delicious! Great on a cold, dreary day like today.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
Pretty good, but I think I should have marinated a bit longer. I didn't realize it should be marinated for so long and I threw it together at the last minute. The flavor was great though.
