Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
This was so good, one of the best turkey burger recipes I've come across. I doubled the chipotle pepper like some others and mixed some of the adobo sauce with mayo to go with it, but I'm sure it would have been 5 stars as is. I would recommend using all white meat ground turkey, and this tastes much better when making turkey burgers.

Rosemary Chicken Couscous Salad
Like another reviewer I used regular balsamic vinegar instead of the white and it was fantastic. I was surprised at how well all the flavors came together. I'll definitely be making it again.

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
I was skeptical of this recipe because I had had Arrabiata in a restaurant before and wasn't a big fan. I was very happily surprised at how much better this was. Like some others, I didn't cut the chicken up but just served it with the pasta so it would stay crispy. I was glad because the chicken has a good flavor on its own as well as with the pasta. I'll definitely make this again.
