Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Smooth and creamy.....very easy to make. This is the first recipe that has successfully turned out perfect fudge. I followed the recipe. The only thing I can say to people who didn't have good results is, "I hope you are using good quality ingredients. Reduced fat or cheap peanut butter will not work. Use real butter and not margarine (too much water in margarine)." Ask any baker, quality peanut butter is key.

Corn Chip Pie

Reminds me of my Friday night football games in Louisiana back in the 80's. Frito pie.... I make my own chili and use plain Fritos. Top with cheese. My son's friends are visiting us in GA. They are from WV and requested that "thing" I used to make them with the chili and Fritos. The infamous "Frito Pie".

Starr's Savory Meatballs

Perfect!!! I made these last night to put in spaghetti sauce. I used ground venison in place of the ground beef and used dried, minced garlic. Also, I used Progresso Italian Seasoned bread crumbs. I omit the salt because parmesan cheese tends to be salty and the bread crumbs contain salt. They were excellent. Even good on their own without any sauce. If you are a venison lover and have hunters in the family, try these with venison. My 14 year old son was excited that I made such a great meal using "his deer". I will double the batch next time so I can freeze some for later.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This is the best recipe I have ever tasted. I've served it at parties and have had people who don't like spinach ask to take the leftovers home! I've even kicked it up a notch and added lump crab meat! Awesome!!!!
