Alfredo Mostaccioli
Followed the recipe exactly, except for adding some sliced chicken breast. The sauce was amazing! Tasted like it came from a fine restuarant. I will definitely keep this for future use.

Aunt Gail's Oatmeal Lace Cookies
So yummy! I used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar as recommended. I also used a tsp to scoop the dough and made sure each one was level so the cookies were pretty uniform. Tried melted semi-sweet chocolate, but I felt like it took away from the delicious flavor of the cookie. I made a few with sugar on top but they burned so quickly. Next time I will not use sugar on top. Excellent recipe!!!

Brie and Walnut Tartlets
I used the mini phyllo cups and added half of a red grape per recommendations. The grape was a nice touch but I think next time I will spend the extra time and use puff pastry. These would have been so much better with the buttery taste of the pastry compared to the crispness of the phyllo.
