Pizza Dough I

Great recipe! Been my go-to recipe for about 3 years now. If I have time on my hands, I mix the dough and leave it to rise for about 60-90 minutes in the bread maker, which results in an airy dough. Sometimes I cut the flour 50/50 with Gold Medal whole wheat flour and that usually turns out good as well.
