The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
Awesome! Used ground turkey instead of veggie crumbles, pinto instead of garbanzo beans. Took another reviewer's advice and doubled the cumin and chili powder. Only used 1 TSP of salt, 1 TBSP seems a little overkill especially when using canned beans. I rinsed the heck out of the beans before adding them. OH YEAH…be careful when you add this to your "Shopping List". I had about 3 different recipes on it and it measured out the canned tomatoes weird and I had to rush back to the store when I noticed how much the recipe actually called for. It makes A LOT so have your freezer containers ready! It tastes AWESOME!

Broccoli Cornbread
This was the perfect idea! My 2 year old hate broccoli and he ate three pieces! It's not really that sweet so I added some honey on top of my piece (the kids don't need any more sugar). We ate this with the "Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup" and it was the perfect meal. Super easy, super good! *Just make sure you toss the broccoli in the blender or processor so it's not all chunky!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This was super yummy and flavorful. I made some cornbread to go with it and it was awesome. Perfect for a sick day!
