Excellent!! I keep this in my frige all the time, and use it on EVERYTHING!!! I didn't have quite enough basil the first time I made it, but it was still great! I left out the parsley, and I like the garlic just as it is!!

White Chocolate Orange Cookies

I bake cookies for our restaurant, and every Christmas I make up a lot of trays with a wide variety of cookies. This is one recipe that I make sure each tray contains. It has also become a favorite with my family.

Coconut Macaroon Pie

I have made this recipe several times for our cafe. When I made it the second time, I reduced the amount of butter by half. Customers liked it both ways.

Greasy Chicken

Greasy.....No kidding! The chicken was flavorful, but I wouldn't use the drippings over rice unless you want to hear your arteries clogging....and this is from a person who likes to use drippings. That was too greasy even for me.

Hot Spinach Salad

The basic ingredients were great, but I would experiment with the dressing...It seemed a little bitter for the tastes of my family. It also makes alot of salad for just a first course.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Walnut Cinnamon Swirl

Potato Pancakes
