Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Wonderful! Became an instant family favorite. I followed the recipe exactly in order to rate it fairly. I will leave it as is for a sauce but may add an additional cream cheese for a thicker dip. We used it for a sauce on tacos and as a dip for our chips.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

This is an excellant recipe. My family raved about it and request this apple pie recipe instead of others I have used. I did not change a thing and based my reviews on the recipe as written. It will be served after my Thanksgiving meal.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I made this recipe as written and it turned out much better than expected. My 10 yo daughter helped me make it last weekend and we froze it after the first rising. My 21 yo daughter came home from college this weekend and we made pizza together. She loved it! I was afraid that she wouldn't like it but she raved about it. Now I am going to try added spiced to the dough and then will venture out to gradually making it a complete whole wheat dough. This is a great recipe as is though. Thank you for a wonderful healthy version of pizza dough.

Chai Tea Mix

This is a very sweet and spicey tea. I made it up for Christmas presents and sampled a cup. I am going to try the suggestions and use less sugar with the back I am making to keep and see how I like it. I did add the extra spices this time and will with the next batch.

Sausage Balls II

I like this recipe the best of all I have tried. These are just right,not too dry. I sometimes use hot sausage and sharp cheese for a stronger flavor. One hint...I "warm" my sausage just a bit, 30 seconds, in the microwave. This makes it a bit easier to start mixing.

Mustard Cream Sauce

I made this to accompany my pork loin and roasted brussel sprouts. It was very good. I will make it again. I did use country dijon mustard since I was out of regular.

Pumpkin Cheese Ball

My daughter made this for a 4H food and nutrition competition. She shaped it into a pumpkin and used about a 1" stalk of celery and a few leaves to make the stalk and leaves for the top of the pumpkin. It looked beautiful and everyone liked it and was surprised to learn it had pumpkin in it.

Kerry's Beany Salad

This is a colorful and delicious salad. I was looking for ways to increase whole grains in my diet and I found a winner right off the bat. It is better the next day. I did decrease the oil to 1/4 c. I am going to experiment with other beans, spices and vinegars in the future just to see how they would taste.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

I took this to my small group on Wed. night and they loved it. One of the ladies asked for the recipe and will be taking it to a church luncheon this weekend. I used the cinnamon graham crackers and they added a nice flavor. Microwaving the icing made it so easy to spread. Oh yeah, my 7 year old daughter did most of the work, it is that easy. Do be sure to refridgerate it. We made it at 7:00 AM and ate it at 6:30 PM and it was a perfect texture. It is even better the next day. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These were great. I have never been able to like brussel sprouts but I love these. My small town grocery store didn't have fresh so I used frozen brussel sprouts. They were still delicious. My husband loved them too.

Mexican Wedding Cakes II

This is one of my favorite cookie recipes. A little delicate but the taste makes up for it. I usually substitute pecans for the walnuts since I usually have these on hand. I first tasted these when they were served at my wedding shower.

Seven Layer Dip I

This is a great dip, I have made it many times. I add chopped green chilies (drained) to mine. I like to mix them in with the sour cream and refigerate a couple of hours to let the flavors blend.
