PHILADELPHIA Farmhouse Chicken Dinner

Good meal, nothing fantastic, but plates were cleaned off. I did use the new philly cooking cream cheese with Italian Spices and Chives and kicked in a few of my own like garlic powder and dill. I served over Orzo and thought it was overall pretty easy and quick.

Roasted Pork Loin

I made this in the slow cooker, (low for 7 hours) and it was absolutely wonderful. Juicy, Tender, and the flavor was amazing. Would make again and again.

Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage and Spinach

Good flavors and an easy dinner. Only thing I would change is the amount of spinach, it was wayyyy too much. I would probably half it next time.

Gorgonzola and Apple Pork Chops

This dish is really good and unique. I would have never thought that the combo of apples and Gorgonzola would work so well. The chops are pretty plain, so I always jazz them up, but the sauce is great!
