Quick Chicken Piccata

This was very easy to make and it was good. You do have to add flour to the mixture to get it to thicken. Everyone enjoyed it.

Warm Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

We tried this tonight. It was very good. I am in agreement that I would add less almond extract and less water. Everyone enjoyed the taste and flavor.

We had this recipe for Easter Brunch and it was WONDERFUL. We plan on keeping this recipe for future use-it was soooooo good! The only thing we did different was not add the corn flakes. We just like it the way it was. Thank you so much for this one- it is a definite keeper!
