Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms
Used mini portobellos. Recipe made more than enough stuffing. May try the extra stuffing on some toasted bread.

German Apple Cake I
Very good after taking the advice of other reviewers. Substituted half the oil w/ applesauce. 1/2 wheat flour and 1/2 white flour. Cut the sugar to 1.5 cups.

Slow Cooker Lentil and Ham Soup
Perhaps it was our ham but after cooking for 11 hrs it was really dry and flavorless. The rest of the soup was really good though.
