Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Super easy and super tasty!!! I have never made fudge and did not want to mess with a candy thermometer and such as I had a TON of baking to do, so this recipe was PERFECT! Thank yoU!

Monkey Bread I

Never have made this before, but it was a HUGE hit!!! Added nuts and rasins, used a bundt pan and placed that in a cookie sheet to bake incase there would be any spill over. My kids have a new favorite and it is so easy to make!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Very good soup. The only thing different I will do in the future is usebeef broth/stock instead of the water and bouillon cubes. The bouillon takes away from it a little. My family really enjoyed the soup!!

Apple Harvest Pound Cake with Caramel Glaze

This was SOOOOO yummy! I used Splenda instead of sugar, the Splenda browqn sugar blend instead of brown sugar and added 2 extra apples. AWESOME, moist and sooooo tasty.

Cranberry Orange Loaf

*S*U*P*E*R*B* This was so flavorful and yummy! I substitued the sugar with Splenda and took the suggestions of others and made a glaze with oj, vanilla and powdered sugar. I always have cranberries in the freezer, so this is probably going to get made A LOT!

Whole Wheat Bread III

If I could give it an extra star, I would! This is the best whole wheat recipe for a bread machine that I have found. It was fluffy, moist and had awesome flavor. Definitely a keeper! 10/08 I had to add another note. I was making this one night (without my glasses) and accidentally used oatmeal instead of cornmeal and it turned out just as good. Some times I even split up the two and do half oatmeal and half cornmeal. We LOVE this recipe!

Phyllo Turnovers with Shrimp and Ricotta Filling

These were a hit with my family! Pretty easy to make and quite tasty. I even made some extras and froze them. I just that them for a while, throw them in the oven and have them ready in a flash.

Asian Salmon

This marinade gives the fish such a great flavor. We used it on Salmon and Tilapia. I want to get some Ahi Tuna Steaks and try it out on that.

Cake Balls

OMG!! These are absolute heaven! I followed the suggestions of letting the cake cool for 30 minutes before crumbling it, made the balls, and then froze them for 2 1.5 hours before dipping them. I then finished them off with a drizzle of white chocolate to dress them up a bit. The German Chocolate cake with Coconut Pecan frosting is AWESOME!

Apple Crisp IV

This was excellent! I cut the recipe in half and made it in an 8x8" pan. For the half recipe I used 1/2 Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and 1/4 cup Sugar Twin Brown Sugar Substitute and it turned out perfect. Thank you for a KEEPER!!!

Excellent and SO SO SO easy to make! Grew up in the north and now live in the south and NEVER see popovers anywhere! I am so thrilled to have found this recipe. My husband and kids absolutely love these. (I do too!)

Thin Mint Crackers

These crackers are SUPERB!! I took the advice of others and just used the Andes Creme de Menthe chips. I melted one, 10 oz. bag and it made 70 crackers. I found snowflake shaped Ritz crackers and used them. I drizzled the tops with some melted white chocolate chips and sprinkled crushed candy canes on that. I just laid a piece of waxed paper on the counter top and placed the chocolate dipped crackers on that to set up. It worked perfectly and they came right off of the paper. THANKS for a great, EASY recipe!!

Squash Casserole I

This is a GREAT recipe! The one thing that I followed from other reviews is to make sure this is drained very well. I ended up mashing the squash in a strainer to get out the excess water in the squash. I also upped the cooking time to about 27 minutes to dry it out a little more. This tastes just like the squash casserole at a local restaurant!

Chickpea Curry

This is a great dish that is so easy to make. I have two small children, so I used only half the cayenne pepper, but it was still too spicy for them so I had to add yoghurt to cut the bite. (I love the spiciness so I added crushed red pepper to my portion!) I used ground cinnamon and almost double of the remaining spices. YUMMY!!
