Fresh Blueberry Pie I
The nutmeg was a deal breaker. The flavor overtook the pie- we could not even taste the blueberry flavor! Not one single person at turkey day dinner enjoyed this pie. Omit the nutmeg and it should be perfect though- the tapioca gives a nice texture, unlike the "gummy" texture from cornstarch thickened pies.

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake
Wow! My son is allergic to gluten so I made these just for him and they are as good as any cake I've ever tasted. Thanks for posting. I didn't have the tapioca flour so I just put some tapioca in my coffee grinder and made my own. It worked great! I also used coconut milk instead of regular milk and then frosted 'em with 7-minute frosting and coconut. They are so, so, so good. I'll definitely be making these again.

Baked Mac and Cheese for One
Awesome! I tripled the recipe then added about 3 tbsp of butter before I added the flour/spice mix and then I threw in a 1/4 cup of parmigiana. It was so perfectly gooey and delicious!
