Chicken Spinach Bake

only 4 stars due to it being very fattening with all the butter needed. i used 8-10 breast tenderloins instead of breasts, took 35min to cook thoroughly. thought the nutmeg would make it taste weird, but it was a great flavor. upon other reviews, i added 1tbsp of minced garlic. served with egg noodles

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

4 stars only b/c i changed so much. No baking involved - wanted a quicker meal. *omitted bacon overall. *first saute an onion, 2-3 chopped garlic cloves, and seasoning. Added stuffing mix, 1 box of frozen spinach and water as needed. i kept that on low/warm covered as i went to next step. *Instead of baking chicken, i took a few frozen skinless/boneless tenders (breasts could be used too) and coated with bread crumbs and cooked on pan. *Layed the breaded chicken on spinach/stuffing mix and garnished with grated parmesean cheese. So yum!
