Guess I can't really rate this fairly since I made a change or two....but wanted to share what I did because it turned out well. I followed recipe amounts, but did saute my onions before adding to the mixture. I also added a packet of Lipton onion soup mix to the meat mixture. This added alot of flavor! Lastly, I baked this in muffin tins, so if was mini-meatloaves instead of one big loaf. You can freeze leftovers so much easier this way! It made about 14-16 mini loaves. Baked them at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or so.
